This is working well. We have both hot or cold water and ambient. We are using this with 9 employees and no complaints yet.

I just got the Global Water G5RO system. Previously I had the Vertex PWC-2000 and after it kept overflowing and the the vendor not willing to help me I sent it back and bought the G5RO. This item is so much better designed. Bigger opening for pots or large bottles, water tastes crisper and is slightly lower of TDS when I check it. Easy to setup and works perfectly.

Drink the damn bottled water already!

We have about 15 in our office and drink a lot of water. We were spending $150/no in water so this was a safe beet. It has been over a month and we are still trying to get rid of the last four bottles of water. Everyone loves this thing so much, I think we will be left wit the last four bottles forever.......

I love this unit and it was simple to install. The only thing I would change is the rate of flow coming out of it. I did figure out that if you push the cold and the room temperature at the same time the water comes out faster!

This is a really good product. However

This is a really good product. However, the water feeding valve included is 3/8" X 3/8" X 1/4" so it connects to a 3/8" water pipe. The water pipes in my house are 1/2". So I had to buy a R3everse Osmosis 1/2" X 1/2" x 1/4" water feeding valve. I don't know of anyone who has 3/8" water pipes in their house. I thought 1/2" water pipes were standard. I like this unit so much that I still gave it five stars.

5 Micron Sediment Filter

The first stage is a 5 micron Sediment filter that helps remove Sediment such as sand, rust and silt that is present in most municipal water sources.

1 Micron Granulated Activated Carbon Filter

The second stage of filtration is a 1 micron granulated activated Carbon filter. This filter uses an advanced Carbon technology to help remove harmful particles such as pesticides, insecticides, petrochemicals, MTBE’s, PCB’s, defoliants, and benzene.
