How much fluoride reduction?

I was sent a filter that reduces but does not eliminate all fluoride. I want to know how much of a reduction it provides compared with my prior filter that said it removed all fluoride.

HAVE THE FILTER CONNECTED TO MY REFRIGERATOR AND IT'S GREAT!

I have the filter connected to my refrigerator and it's great. The water started tasting bad, so I knew it was time to change the filter. After replacing the filter the water came totally black and I freaked out, but then I checked their website and found out it's normal. I just had to let the water run for a few minutes. The taste changed right away.
