It is chrome color...not filter as much my refro

Not filter as much as you my refrigerator filter but better than tap water

THIS MET MY EXPECTATIONS & MORE!

It's great! Easy to install! Do to the 5 stage filter it really filters the water unlike the other brands. I make Kool-Aid & had to adjust how much sugar to use, by using less! The flavors even come out more due to all the extra crap in the water this gets out compared to Brita, Pur, & Dupont. You don't have to change the filter as often either, which saves money. The water comes out a lot faster then the others too. So it doesn't take very long to fill up your containers.

Does the job, reasonable price, looks good too. I'm on my third one as the switch mechanism fails about every 18 months in daily use. I highly recommend this faucet mount water filter.
