Used for only a month and see improvements already

Along with full kitchen remodel and addition of Franke Stainless Steel sink to replace black American Standard Americast sink (which we hated because surface did not hold up in regular use) we decided to uninstall our regular "salt free" (use potassium tablets instead of salt) water softener, AND soften all the hot and cold in the house, just not the hot (as per builder design.) That meant we needed to install in a completely different location with professional plumber needed. Even with his having to cut into garage walls and fit new copper connections to PEX main water line, all was done in about 90 minutes. I'm waiting for water test results to show up from Lab, but already notice less hard water residue and that which exists cleans up easily. Water tase is no different (we're a little weird in that we don't panic with minerals in the water -- and think Reverse Osmosis systems should be banned here in the Desert SouthWest, because of all the water they send into the sanitary sewer system.

I could tell the difference !

We had an old saltless system for thenty five years, that I could never tell any differance in the water quality. We did a lot of reseach on line and it took us several month before making our purchase. I had a concern about the replacemnet filters but it averages out if you consider buying salt each month and filters are simple to replace !
With the Nuvo with the first shower i felt the difference ! The water did not seem to dry the poors of my skin as i use far less body wash. It also seems to be working on the hard water deposits in both the toilets and around the faucets. The water is leaving not spots on the plastic window of the front loader washing machine. The dishes and glasses are not spotted from the dishwahier using less detergents/chemicals in both machines. Time will tell but I think this will extend the life of all water related appliances from the hotwater heater to the faucets.
