Great Product!

I ordered the Aqua Rain Model 303 and though a bit different from another I had used in the past, it is a great product. The heavy duty stainless housing is attractive and easy to care for. The ceramic filters were easy to install and I had to tighten a few times to prevent water from leaking out of the spigot but it works great. The filtration is fast enough to keep ahead of my need and the water tastes great. I would definitely recommend the product!

Great Tasting Water

This is a great water filter, the water taste great very clean. It is very easy to set up and maintain. I would encourage anyone using a cheap replaceable filter to switch to this its a bit of an investment but well worth it in the end.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@purewaterguys.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
