Great Company!

OK, so I didn't really read the measurements and when it delivered it did not fit on my countertop. I was disappointed because it was such a large delivery but what made up for everything was the great customer service from this distributor/company. They helped me find a unit that would fit and made the exchange as easy as possible. When the 2nd unit delivered it came on time and I was even given the personal cell phone number of a rep that stayed on the phone with me to walk me through the installation process. During the exchange they asked questions and determined what valves were needed and included it in the delivery. The unit os now installed and with the reverse osmosis system, the water taste great! Thank you Jussi for the greatest customer/technical service I've experienced in a long long time. I would recommend this company, they stand behind their products.

The G5 Countertop is equipped with every feature of its full-size counterpart, but its compact size allows it to fit easily on countertops. With three temperature options, and a large dispensing gap illuminated with a blue LED light, its sleek and compact design makes it ideal for small offices and break rooms.

Filtration System

Stage 1

5 Micron Sediment Filter

The first stage is a 5 micron Sediment filter that helps remove Sediment such as sand, rust and silt that is pre- sent in most municipal water sources.

Stage 2

1 Micron Granulated Activated Carbon Filter

The second stage of filtration is a 1 micron granulated activated Carbon filter. This filter uses an advanced Carbon technology to help remove harmful particles such as pesticides, insecticides, petrochemicals, MT- BE’s, PCB’s, defoliants, and benzene.

Stage 3

0.5 Micron Carbon Block Filter

The third stage is a 0.5 micron Carbon block filter, which gives the water a final “polish.” It removes up to 99% of lead and microbial cysts such as giardia and cryptosporidium. It also ensures that all chlorine has been removed and that the water entering the holding tanks is completely odorless..

Stage 4

Reverse Osmosis Technology

The fourth stage utilizes Reverse Osmosis technology, which removes any molecular compounds smaller in size than water molecules. Such compounds include salt, magnesium, iron, fluoride, lead, and calcium.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
